Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant at one of our Reading care homes to support residents with daily living and companionship. You will work closely with the care team to follow care plans and ensure each resident receives high-quality support in a warm, respectful environment.

Ideal candidates will have some experience caring for older people, a genuine care-focused mindset, and excellent communication skills to connect with residents and families.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You'll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship and sharing great moments and memories too. It's a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment.
