Barchester Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents in a care home setting. You’ll be involved in daily living activities, helping with meals and personal care, and ensuring residents have meaningful one-to-one time with you.

Your role will focus on delivering high-quality care with empathy and warmth, following individual care plans, and contributing to a supportive, uplifting environment for the residents you serve.

Qualificações

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship – and sharing great moments and memories too. It’s a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. To join us as a Care Assistant you’ll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
