Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant for one of our care homes. You will help residents with daily living, provide support and companionship, and ensure each resident has meaningful one-to-one time while following personalised care plans.

We value empathy, excellent communication, and a can-do approach. Training will be provided to help you thrive in a rewarding environment dedicated to high-quality care.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
