Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, companionship, and personal care in a welcoming care home. You’ll follow care plans, provide one-to-one attention, and help create a comfortable environment where residents can enjoy each day.

We welcome applicants with some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, empathy and strong communication. Full training and a supportive rewards package are included.
