Job summary

Barchester Healthcare in the UK is looking for a caring Care Assistant to support residents across a home with mixed day and night shifts. You will help with daily living, meals and companionship, following care plans and ensuring each resident receives one-to-one attention.

You'll bring empathy, good communication and a can-do approach, with training provided to help you thrive within a warm, supportive team dedicated to quality care for every resident.

This role will be working a mixture of days and nights with rotational weekends depending on the need in the home.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship – and sharing great moments and memories too. It’s a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment.
