Barchester Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for our care home in the United Kingdom. You will support residents with daily living, assist with meals, and follow care plans to ensure comfort and safety.

Your role includes providing companionship and ensuring residents receive one-to-one time to enrich their day. We value empathy and excellent communication, with full training provided to help you thrive in a rewarding, people-focused environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. ABOUT YOU

To join us as a Care Assistant you’ll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can‑do approach and excellent communication skills.
