Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents in our care home near Ashington. You will assist with daily living, provide companionship and help residents follow care plans to ensure a high standard of care.

You'll bring experience caring for older people, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills. Training and ongoing development are provided to help you thrive in a rewarding environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
