Job summary

Bluebird Care Cornwall North is hiring a Care Assistant to provide high-quality care in clients\' homes. You will work independently or with a supportive team, delivering personal care, meal support, medication assistance, and light housework while upholding dignity and independence.

We offer full induction, ongoing training, a friendly team with 24/7 support, 28 days annual leave pro rata, and a monthly attendance bonus, plus a Free Health Cash Scheme membership after probation.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Kind, compassionate attitude with a calm approach to care.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Will­ingness to follow individual care plans.
• Previous care experience is beneficial but training provided.
