Job summary

Radfield Home Care Bromley, Orpington & Beckenham is seeking a Care Assistant to join our local team. You will provide personalised in-home care to older adults, enabling them to stay independent in their own homes.

The role requires a compassionate approach, over 18, the right to work in the UK, and a valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle. Privacy and DBS checks apply as part of safeguarding vulnerable clients.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Must be over 18 and have the right to work in the UK.
• DBS check will be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to older people in their own homes.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
• Be a positive representative of Radfield Home Care in the local community.

You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team Bromley, Orpington & Beckenham as a care assistant.

A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
