Job summary

Highgate Care Services Ltd is hiring a Care Assistant on a BANK basis for Beechwood Care Centre in Bridlington. The role involves supporting residents with daily living, assisting with personal care, and promoting dignity in a compassionate, home-like setting.

You will help maintain resident comfort, monitor wellbeing, and participate in engaging activities, while following care plans and recording observations. Flexible evenings/weekends are expected.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities with dignity and respect.
• Assist with personal care, mobility and monitoring of wellbeing.
• Work under supervision to follow care plans and record daily notes.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities and socialise.
• Respond promptly to nurse calls and carry out light domestic tasks.
