Job summary

Runwood Homes is seeking caring Care Assistants to join our dedicated team across our English homes. You will support residents to live as independently as possible, delivering person-centered care with empathy, warmth, and clear communication.

No prior experience required, though it is welcome. We offer flexible shift patterns (including 7am–2:30pm and 2:15pm–9:45pm, with every other weekend), comprehensive induction, ongoing training, and opportunities for progression within the company.
