Job summary

TLC Care is seeking caring, dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. You will support residents with daily living, personal care and safety, while learning about their likes and dislikes to provide person-centred care and bring a smile to their face.

We offer full training, a supportive management team, 28 days holiday per year, free uniform and meals, and opportunities for career progression through our Learning Academy.

When joining our team of dedicated Care Assistants you will be supporting the day to day lives of our residents from their personal care through to their safety and assisting with daily activities.
