Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant to support residents in a care home on a flexible, part-time basis. You will assist with daily living, help with meals and follow individual care plans while ensuring each resident has quality one-to-one time.

You should have some experience caring for older people, a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. We provide training and a supportive team to help you grow in the role.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a casual, part‑time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you\'ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You\'ll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship and sharing great moments and memories too. It\'s a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. As a Bank Care Assistant, you could be doing anything from supporting residents with their food and drink and following care plans to ensuring that each of our residents has one‑to‑one time. ABOUT YOU
