Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant to support residents across our care home in the community. You’ll assist with daily living, provide companionship, and help deliver person-centred care to individuals with varied needs.

As a flexible Bank role, hours vary to cover annual leave or sickness, offering great training, support from a friendly team, and opportunities to develop your skills while making a meaningful difference every day.
