Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is looking for a Bank Care Assistant to join a care home on a casual, flexible basis. You will help residents with daily living, provide companionship and support, and follow individual care plans to ensure comfort and well-being.

This role suits someone with experience caring for older people, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication. You will receive training and the opportunity to develop your caring skills in a supportive environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

BANK 0hrs contract.

This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship – and sharing great moments and memories too. It’s a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. Every day will be different, so you can expect to undertake work that’s as varied as it is rewarding. As a Bank Care Assistant, you could be doing anything from supporting residents with their food and drink and following care plans to ensuring that each of our residents has one-to-one time.
