Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant to join our Reigate care home. This casual, part‑time role offers flexible hours and the chance to support residents with daily living, meals, companionship and personal care.

You’ll work with our friendly team, follow care plans and ensure each resident receives one‑to‑one time and the high standard of care we’re known for. Training will be provided to help you thrive and grow in your role.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a casual, part‑time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you\'ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You\'ll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship and sharing great moments and memories too. It\'s a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. ABOUT YOU
To join us as a Bank Care Assistant you\'ll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can‑do approach and excellent communication skills.
