Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant for a casual, part-time position at a care home. You will support residents with daily living, provide companionship and follow care plans to ensure comfort and safety.

The role offers flexible hours as bank cover, with full training and development opportunities to help you grow in a caring environment. Your empathy and communication will shine as you work across shifts to meet residents' needs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship – and sharing great moments and memories too. It’s a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. As a Bank Care Assistant, you could be doing anything from supporting residents with their food and drink and following care plans to ensuring that each of our residents has one-to-one time.
