Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant at one of our care homes to support residents with daily living, provide companionship and ensure high standards of care. The role is flexible and varied, covering shifts for annual leave or sickness.

You’ll bring experience caring for older people, a can-do approach and excellent communication. Your empathy and warmth will help residents enjoy each day, and you’ll receive training to thrive in this rewarding environment.

• Assist with daily living and provide support and companionship.
• Offer one-to-one time with residents and follow care plans.
