Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant for one of our East Midlands care homes. This casual, part-time role offers flexible working and the chance to support residents with daily living and companionship.

You'll help with meals, follow care plans, and provide one-to-one time, bringing dedication and warmth to a rewarding environment. Hours vary as the role provides cover for leave or sickness, making it ideal for flexible, hands-on care.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship – and sharing great moments and memories too. It’s a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. As a Bank Care Assistant, you could be doing anything from supporting residents with their food and drink and following care plans to ensuring that each of our residents has one-to-one time.
