Job summary

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Bank Care Assistant for our Dumfries-area care home. This casual, part-time role offers flexible hours to cover annual leave and sick leave, with opportunities to provide high-quality daily living support and meaningful companionship to residents.

You will help with meals, hydration, and following individual care plans, delivering care with warmth, empathy and excellent communication.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You'll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship and sharing great moments and memories too. It's a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. As a Bank Care Assistant, you could be doing anything from supporting residents with their food and drink and following care plans to ensuring that each of our residents has one-to-one time.
