Job summary

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Bank Care Assistant on a casual, part-time basis to support residents with daily living, meals and personal care. You will provide companionship, follow care plans and deliver compassionate, person-centred care in a welcoming home environment.

Training and development are provided, with true flexibility to cover annual or sick leave as needed. A can-do attitude and warm communication are essential to success in this role.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You'll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship and sharing great moments and memories too. It's a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment.
