Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant to support residents in our care home with daily living, companionship and quality care. You’ll adapt to varied shifts, deliver compassionate support, follow care plans, and ensure residents have one-to-one time to enhance wellbeing.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
