Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant to support residents in a care home environment in Bath. You will assist with daily living, provide companionship, follow care plans and ensure each resident receives attentive, person-centred care. Hours vary to cover leave and sickness, offering flexible bank shifts.

You will work with a compassionate team, receive training to thrive, and contribute to a warm, supportive atmosphere for residents and their families.
