Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant for a care home in the UK. This casual, part-time Bank role offers flexible hours, and the chance to support residents with daily living, meals, and meaningful companionship.

You’ll be trained to deliver high-quality care, with an emphasis on empathy and good communication. Experience with older adults is welcomed, and you’ll join a supportive team to cover leave and absences on a rota basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE
