Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant to support residents with daily living in a caring, compassionate environment, providing reliable, person-centred care.

You’ll help with meals and hydration, follow care plans, and ensure residents have one-to-one time, using empathy and strong communication to build trust.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
