Job summary

Care UK seeks a Bank Care Assistant to support residents at Cross Road, Weymouth. Join a multi award-winning provider offering flexible bank shifts, comprehensive training, and opportunities for development.

You will help residents stay active, assist with personal care and meals, and support inclusive activities in a caring, team-oriented environment. Location: Weymouth, Dorset, with shifts days and nights and pay up to £14.30 per hour.

The Role

• Helping residents to remain as active and independent as possible
• Support residents with personal care and mealtimes
• Helping identify residents' unique goals and implement personalised care plans
• Supporting residents to explore new interests and engage in physical activities in a motivating and homely environment
