Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group seeks a caring Care Assistant to join our Wellington Lodge team on the outskirts of Manchester city centre. You’ll provide dignified personal care, assist during meals, and offer supportive, compassionate help with daily life, while building trusting relationships with residents.

Job Purpose:

As a Care Assistant, you’ll bring compassion, energy, and fun to our residents. Your role includes providing dignified personal care, assisting during mealtimes, and provide sensitive and appropriate support with various aspects of people’s lives. Beyond physical care, you'll also be a comforting and attentive listener.
