Harbour Healthcare Limited in Leek is seeking Care Assistants to join our bank team at Treetops Care Home. No prior experience or formal qualifications required; we provide training and support to become a superhero care worker, with flexible shifts to fit your life.

You will help residents with daily activities, engage in a range of social and recreational activities, and contribute to a compassionate, person-centred care environment. An Enhanced DBS check is required for all positions.

The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Our residents are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such. However, as a general guide, duties may include some support with personal care needs, as well as help to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, watching the footie, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions.
