Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group in Hasland is seeking a Care Assistant to bring compassion, energy, and a friendly presence to residents. You will help with dignified personal care, assist during mealtimes, and provide patient, supportive care across daily activities.

No prior care experience is required as a comprehensive training and development program is offered, alongside a Living Wage Foundation accreditation and a range of benefits including pension and employee discounts.

As a Care Assistant, you’ll bring compassion, energy, and fun to our residents. Your role includes providing dignified personal care, assisting during mealtimes, and provide sensitive and appropriate support with various aspects of people’s lives.
