Job summary

Manor Court Care Home (part of the Bupa family) in Southall, London is seeking a Care Assistant to join our bank team. You’ll provide person-centred care, companionship and support residents to maintain independence and wellbeing in a warm setting.

Your duties include assisting with personal care, observing residents, documenting changes, supporting nutrition, and delivering activities to stimulate and engage residents. We value positivity, clear communication and teamwork.

Care is provided to people living with dementia, Parkinson’s and Huntington's disease and also to the young physically disabled. Palliative care is also available.The home consists of four separate houses each offering comfortable accommodation with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Landscaped gardens complete with furnished patio areas, raised flower beds and two sensory gardens provide an ideal setting to relax or socialise. The home also offers a double room, ideal for couples.Manor Court recognises the importance of healthy and nutritious food. The in-house chef has created a range of seasonal menus to ensure residents receive a balanced diet.
