Job summary

Aurem Care in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents in maintaining dignity, independence and quality of life. You will provide personal care, companionship, and help with daily activities in a warm, supportive environment.

You will work as part of a caring team, building relationships, recording accurate notes in Nourish, and upholding our values of compassion and professionalism.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team.

  • Undertaking additional duties as required to ensure the smooth delivery of care services.

  • Flexible bank opportunities available (Note this is not permanent hours per week) - choose shifts that work around your lifestyle. With weekday, night, and weekend shifts available, you can enjoy greater flexibility while making a real difference to the lives of our residents (terms and conditions apply).
  • Shift patterns:
    • 8:00am - 8:00pm / 8:00pm - 8:00am
  • 28 days annual leave including bank holidays (pro rata for part-time employees)
