Job summary

Connected Health is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant in Bangor to support clients at home. No prior experience required as accredited training and development are provided, offering a rewarding career in homecare.

You will help clients with daily tasks, promote independence, and work within a supportive team. A valid driver's license and flexible weekend availability are required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in homecare is helpful but not required.
• Good standard of English, both written and spoken.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to your own car.
• Must be available to work alternative weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in their own homes with daily living activities and personal care.
• Provide compassionate, respectful support and monitor well-being.
• Document observations and communicate with the care team for continuity of care.
