Job summary

Alina Homecare Group is looking for a Care Assistant to join their Yate team. In this role, you will make a positive difference by supporting clients in their homes with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and providing companionship.

No experience is required, as you’ll receive comprehensive training from Alina Homecare Academy. A caring attitude and strong communication skills are essential, along with a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.

About the role

You’ll support clients in their own homes, helping them with daily tasks like making breakfast, bathing, and getting ready for bed.

Responsibilities

You’ll help with:

• Companionship – being a friendly face & keeping clients company


• Personal Care – washing & dressing


• Medication – collecting prescriptions & providing reminders


• Mealtimes – preparing healthy meals


• Housework – laundry, cleaning & tidying


• Tasks – shopping & running errands


• Mobility – help with getting around

Requirements
