Job summary

City and County Healthcare Group is hiring a Care Assistant in a flexible role across locations in Wales. No social care experience is required; what matters is your compassion and ability to care for others.

You’ll be supported to learn and grow within a close-knit team, with travel time and mileage paid and a vehicle required due to geographical location. You’ll help clients with personal care, medications and practical tasks in their own homes, following individual care plans and delivering

Job Description

What you’ll do

Our care assistants are the extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients. Supporting them to live safer and supported lives in their own homes, you’ll follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet and supporting them with their medication. You’ll also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes and housework.
