Bluebird Care Worthing is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our Care Expert Team. You will support clients in their own homes, delivering high-quality personal care and daily living assistance with warmth and respect.

We offer flexible shifts, paid travel time and mileage, full induction and ongoing expert training, and a comprehensive benefits package including sick/compassionate leave, free MOT, and a company pension. DBS checks and references will be completed per regulations.

Competenze

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Compassionate and calm approach to care.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to follow care plans.
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not required.

Requirements
