Job summary

Walfinch Greater Manchester South is seeking a Female Care Assistant to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. The role focuses on person-centred care delivered in clients’ homes, supporting personal care and daily living activities with dignity and respect.

The successful candidate will have a full UK driving licence and access to a car, along with excellent spoken and written English. Weekend availability is valued to help our clients stay independent.

Qualifications

• Female Care Assistant role with occupational requirement.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Own car is essential for travel to clients’ homes.
• No sponsorship available; must have right to work in the UK.
• Excellent spoken and written English is essential for clear communication.
• Caring, kind, patient and respectful demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
