Job summary

Cera Care is hiring a community carer in Whitburn to support clients in their own homes across Whitburn and nearby areas. You will help with personal care, medication and meals, visiting clients, and travelling between visits using your own vehicle.

Flexible shifts are available with guaranteed hours and development opportunities; SVQ2 progression is funded by Cera in Scotland and right to work in the UK is required.

• Driving licence required to visit clients at their homes.

• Effective communication with clients and family members is important.

The Role:

Supporting clients in Whitburn, Armadale, Fauldhouseand surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Your role is powered by Cera Tech - our predictive technology that reduces admin and helps prevent hospitalisations, so you can focus on caring.

With flexible shifts available across mornings, days, evenings and nights, plus every other weekend off, we aim to support a positive work life balance.

Registration:

In Scotland, all care staff register with the SSSC. You must maintain registration and work towards your SVQ2 (funded by Cera; SVQ registration fee payable by employee).

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
