Advantage Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support an 11-year-old boy with cerebral palsy in his family home. You will deliver person-centred care, working alongside a colleague and a multidisciplinary team to promote wellbeing and community participation.

• Experience in paediatric or complex care settings preferred.
• Ability to support PEG management (nutrition, fluids, medications).
• Skill in moving and positioning and basic personal care.
• Excellent communication with family and multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide person-centred care to an 11-year-old boy in his family home.
• Work alongside a colleague and a multidisciplinary team to support wellbeing and community activities.
• Assist with PEG management and mobility as required.
• Support the family with daily routines and contribute to safety and comfort.

We are seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a lovely 11-year-old boy with cerebral palsy in his family home. He lives with his parents, older brother, and a friendly cockapoo, and is described by his family as a happy, cheeky "little tinker" with a lovable personality. You will provide person-centred care, working alongside a colleague and a multidisciplinary team to support his wellbeing and community activities. An adapted vehicle is provided for outings.

Clinical Needs:

• Cerebral palsy
• PEG management (nutrition, fluids, medications)
• Moving and positioning
• Some personal care
