Bupa is hiring a Care Assistant for Copper Beech Care Home in Ridgewood, Uckfield. The role involves delivering person-centred care, supporting independence, and enhancing residents’ quality of life on a 44-hour contract, with pay £13.30 to £14.30 per hour depending on experience.

You'll work with a remarkable team, receive training on new digital care tools, and contribute to family and healthcare professional communication to ensure residents feel valued and part of life in the home.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

• Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care and recognising and meeting the specific needs of residents
• Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care
• Being part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring our residents and reporting change
• Communicating with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals
