We are looking for kind, reliable and caring individuals to join our team as a Care Assistant in Guisborough / Eston (TS6) area. If you're ready to support your local community and make a real difference in the lives of the people we care for, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and continence care-always with dignity and respect.
• Assist with daily living tasks, such as preparing nutritious meals, light housekeeping, and occasional shopping to help maintain a comfortable home environment.
• Support with medication routines, ensuring individuals receive the right help at the right time, with full training provided.
• Offer meaningful companionship, bringing warmth, reassurance, and social interaction to brighten someone's day.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal Care Assistant is passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high-quality care and support. You'll be a reliable and honest team player with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure accurate record-keeping. While previous experience in care, hospitality, retail, or customer service is welcomed, it's not essential-we value the right attitude and a willingness to learn. Most importantly, you'll share our values: a commitment to positive change, trust, professional excellence, and delivering personalised care.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: £12.21 per hour + travel time at £12.21 per hour & mileage at £0.30 per mile
