CCH Group in Swinton is seeking compassionate Care Professionals to provide dedicated support to local residents, and to ensure their needs are met with kindness and professionalism.

You will assist with companionship, personal care, medication reminders, meals, housekeeping and mobility, all in a role with flexible hours and local travel.

Qualifications

• Proficient in effective communication across all levels.
• Demonstrates a sincere interest in working with our specific client group.
• Successfully passed DBS screening.
