Lauriem Complete Care Ltd is recruiting a Care Assistant to provide person-centred support to older adults in their own homes across the Maidstone area and surrounding Medway communities. The role offers competitive hourly pay, with enhanced rates for unsociable hours and double-time on public holidays.

We provide comprehensive training, paid induction, and funded NVQ qualifications to help you grow in a small, local team focused on quality of life, independence and dignity for clients.

Qualifikationen

• No experience required – full training provided.
• Right to work in the UK and ability to work AM/PM shifts.
• Full UK Driving licence, car and business insurance are essential for travel within the community.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across Swanley helping them regain independence in their own homes.

What We Are Looking For

• Travel Requirements:This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential.

• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
