Altogether Care in Blandford is seeking a dedicated Care and Support Worker to help people at home live independently. You’ll provide personal, physical, and emotional care, travel as needed, and use mobile tech to document visits.

The role offers flexible hours (full-time or part-time) with weekend options, a competitive pay rate of £13.80–£14.30 per hour, and a permanent contract. We provide full induction, ongoing training, progression opportunities, mileage allowance, a pension, wellbeing

Care Assistant

Care And Support Worker - Competitive Salary - £13.80 to £14.30 Per Hour

Hours and Shift Patterns

To provide consistent care to our clients, we offer the following shift pattern

• Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).

• Morning-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).

• Evening-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).

• Weekend-only positions covering mornings and/or evenings.

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
