Job summary

City and County Healthcare Group Ltd is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes in Stockport. The role features night shifts from 21:30 to 07:30, with alternating weekends, and a focus on delivering person-centred care under individual care plans.

You will help with personal care, mobility, medication reminders, and practical tasks such as shopping and meal preparation, working as part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

Job Description

What you’ll do

Our care assistants are the extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients. Supporting them to live safer and supported lives in their own homes, you’ll follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet and supporting them with their medication. You’ll also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes and housework.
