Job summary

Alina Homecare Southampton is seeking a Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes in the Southampton area, helping with daily tasks from breakfast to bedtime with warmth and respect. No previous experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided through the Alina Homecare Academy to develop essential care skills and ongoing support.

All roles require eligibility to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS check; driving licence and access to a vehicle are beneficial for

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction to clients.
• Assist with personal care and daily routines.
• Support with medication reminders and prescription pickups.
• Prepare healthy meals and assist with mealtimes.
• Help with household tasks and shopping.
• Assist with mobility and getting in and out of bed.
