Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents in their everyday lives at the Rectory House Nursing Home in Lancing, West Sussex. This is a permanent position offering part-time and full-time hours, with a competitive hourly rate of £12.60.

Main duties of the job

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to the residents of Rectory House Nursing Home. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and social engagement. You will work closely with the nursing team to ensure the overall well-being and comfort of the residents.
