Helping Hands Homecare, Inc. Sheffield-based care provider is seeking a Care Assistant to support people in their own homes with kindness and respect.

No prior care experience is required; full training is provided. You will build trust, assist with daily tasks, monitor wellbeing, and ensure safety, with a flexible shift structure and a strong community focus.

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, meaningful companionship to customers in their own homes.
• Support with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Assist with mobility needs, helping customers stay safe and confident.
• Oversee and administer medication in line with care plans.
• Help with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking and meal preparation.
• Run essential errands, from food shopping to collecting prescriptions.
• Offer calm, considerate support that helps customers feel truly cared for.
