Job summary

Cera is hiring Care Assistants to support clients in Isle of Sheppy, Sittingbourne and surrounding areas. Roles include part-time and full-time shifts with varied hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, with DBS/PVG checks and training provided.

No prior experience is necessary; we value kindness, patience and a people‑oriented approach to help clients live safely and happily at home.

For this role you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work. We have a flexible approach for shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights - you'll usually have every other weekend off for work-life balance.
