Job summary

Alina Homecare Bath is seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in Saltford. You will deliver award-winning care in clients’ homes to help them maintain independence, dignity, and self-worth.

No prior experience needed as full training is provided, and you’ll be supported by our Bath team. We offer a competitive hourly rate, a £500 joining bonus, flexible hours (part-time and full-time), and benefits including wellbeing support and mileage paid.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK and enhanced DBS check required.
• Candidates should be reliable, compassionate and have a flexible approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients to prevent loneliness.
• Deliver personal care and support with day-to-day activities as needed.
• Assist with medication reminders and prescription pickups where required.
• Prepare meals and assist with Mealtimes in clients' homes.
• Assist with housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Support mobility and assist clients to stay independent at home.
