Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
  • Support clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, bathing, and dressing.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client\'s needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition.
  • Drive to clients\' homes as needed to deliver care services.
Requirements
  • Experience in home care or a similar caregiving role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to develop and follow care plans effectively.
  • A valid driver\'s license and access to a vehicle for travel between client homes.
  • Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Weekly, consistence availability.
